DHC with FCC collaboration performed physicals for ElderServe Volunteers

On July 30th, 2018, Doctors for Healthy Communities board member, Dr. Waqar Saleem performed physicals for volunteers working with ElderServe.

Since 1962, ElderServe has been supporting adults 60 and older in Jefferson County, Kentucky providing independence, protection from crimes, overcoming social isolation and promoting wellness among seniors.

Family Community Clinic is a non-profit, free clinic that is registered as a Charitable Health Provider in Kentucky providing medical assistance to individuals without health insurance.
