Doctors for Healthy Communities (DHC) and the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent in Northern America (APPNA) donated KN95 masks to Symphony at Village Farm on April 27th, 2020.
Symphony at Village Farm is located in Louisville, KY. The facility serves our senior community by providing both personal care as well as memory support.
