The JCPS 360 Student and Family Support Center at Humana is a partnership primarily between Humana and JCPS for the purpose of providing support services for JCPS families within an environment in which CDC guidelines are properly implemented. As a result of this partnership, we have also linked arms with other community organizations such as Metro United Way, Evolve502, Doctors for Healthy Communities, AMPED and the Louisville Metro Office of Resilience and Community Services.
JCPS is eager to serve JCPS families at the JCPS 360° Student & Family Support Center at Humana’s Waterside building within the 1st and 2nd Floors (101 E Main St, Louisville, KY 40202)
Students must be accompanied by a guardian or family member at all times while visiting the center. Staff, students and guardians must follow all current safety protocols, including social distancing, temperature checks, and mask wearing. ALL VISITORS MUST BE SCREENED UPON ARRIVAL.
Free parking is available at the flat lot located at Brook and Washington Street. Additional free parking is available in the Waterside garage, which is directly across the flat lot. Everyone must enter through the Washington Street entrance.
**Food is also available from 10-1 for everyone 18 and under.
