Doctors for Healthy Communities (DHC) and Association of Physicians of Pakistani descent of North America (APPNA) volunteers delivered holiday gift cards to several schools in the Louisville area. One of those JCPS schools was Meyzeek Middle School. They received numerous gift cards for students and families on December 11th.
Meyzeek Middle School offers the Mathematics/Science/Technology (MST) Program, participates in CARE for Kids, a program that teaches social skills and creates caring classrooms, offers the Robotics Program and enrichment courses designed to engage students in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) process. They also offer a wide range of electives, including art, graphic art, Spanish, French, band, chorus, orchestra, health, and physical education (PE).
DHC and APPNA are proud to be part of the initiative to support our school families during the holiday season.
