DHC Exec. Director Debbie Harper visited Eastern Kentucky’s Beaver Creek Elementary School to bring toys and supplies to the children and staff. Beaver Creek Elementary is located in Knott County, among the hardest hit regions of the floods from earlier in 2022. Debbie is pictured with Melanie (left) of Topmost Ky, who works tirelessly each day to assist and comfort flood victims.
