DHC volunteers delivered Kroger Gift Cards to Ashland Elementary.

DHC volunteers delivered Kroger gift cards to Family Resource Counselor of Ashland Elementary, Lexington, KY on February 2nd, 2024. These gift cards will be provided to families in need with food insecurity and to get hygiene supplies.

Ashland Elementary’s vision is: “Ashland will be a school where ALL students are critically thinking problem solvers who demonstrate perseverance, independence, responsibility, and strong moral character.  While ensuring that students feel safe, loved, and excited about school and learning, Ashland teachers will partner with students and families to close achievement gaps.”
